Micro – Irrigation

Paul Cluver Winery cellarmaster Andries Burger chooses a micro-irrigation system distributing 10-25 gallons per hour over their Elgin vineyards. Chooses micro irrigation instead of drip because of the soil is shale over clay and can retain water. Also finds that there is too much iron in the water for the health of the vines (UK Wine Show Interview)
