Ingredient labelling

While currently not required (wine is regulated by the TTB in the United States, whereas the FDA requires ingredient labeling on all food), Bonny Doon of Santa Cruz California has included ingredient labeling of its wines since 2007-2008. Items such as “indigenous yeast” are listed as ingredients, though they are processing aids and not in the final wine, and other items like “yeast nutrients” are not very transparent (as this could include can include diammonium phosphate, amino acids and other compounds).
