John Rooney, Kingsland: Doors/hatches on containers/tanks have seals which upon arrival are checked against the record from the winery. If they do not match, no wine leaves the container until checked and cleared. Usually it is a human error if they don´t match. Customs may have checked the content at dock but forget to inform Kingsland, which results in a different seal number than informed from winery. Happened on less than 10 of a total 3000 containers/tanks in 2016.
